At our Tea house - the Panorama Lodge, in Gokyo. The man in the red vest is a local who has climbed Everest 6 times. He was resting before taking on a series of unclimbed peaks up valley. He and his friend, also a 6 times Everester, had been knocking off a host of new 6,000m +/- ascents and posting images of the climbs on line

Nearing Donag are a large collection of cairns. Here, Cho Oyu is in cloud but Gyachungkang is clear to the right
